SDGs is an abbreviation for "Sustainable Development Goals".
The SDGs were adopted at the United Nations Summit in September 2015 and are the goals set by 193 UN member states to achieve in the 15 years from 2016 to 2030.
We will work with the active and realize "integration of business activities and SDGs".
Aiming to be a company where all employees can play an active role
Since its founding in 2014, We are working on an environment and operation that allows all employees to play an active role equally, without narrowing the opportunities for them to play an active role in terms of age, gender, nationality, and handicap of human resources.

・ Recruitment of new graduates regardless of educational background for the purpose of developing next-generation leaders
・ Introduced barrier-free office environment, working from home, and easy-to-work job type selection system
・ Achieve long-term career development and stable treatment by hiring full-time employees
We have created a work environment where women and child-rearing families can work with peace of mind in order to receive equal, fair and justified evaluations.
We believe that all employees are friends. We have implemented a system to support the active participation of women and child-rearing families so that colleagues who work together are not affected by gender or family environment and receive fair evaluation and treatment.

・ Introduced a selection system for occupations and work styles that allow child-rearing families to balance work and childcare
・ Establish a childcare leave system before and after childbirth to create an environment where children's future and parents can work with peace of mind.
・ Actively appoint female managers to encourage the active participation of women
・ Introduced a remote work system to reduce the child-rearing period and commuting burden

We have independently developed a telephony system equipped with AI support and remote work functions to provide an environment where anyone can easily work at a call center. In addition, a team of engineers from Japan and Vietnam are working together to develop and research a sustainable state-of-the-art telephony system.

・ Navi-Telephony Plus: Our original telephony system equipped with omni-channel and remote work functions
・ Cyber-Telephony: Our original telephony system equipped with AI support and overseas cheap call function
・ Operational cooperation of domestic and Vietnamese engineers for the purpose of developing and improving the functions of cutting-edge telephony systems and innovation
We are working on overseas development and support such as international exchange through business and in-house fund-raising activities.
We provide support for call center know-how and telephony system development technology regardless of where you work, such as Vietnam or Japan. We are also engaged in support activities by setting up a donation box for the purpose of overseas development and support.

We proceed office ecology activities with the aim of achieving both in-house activities and environmental protection.

・ Abolish plastic bottle and straws for visitors and implement environmental pollution countermeasures by reducing micro plastics

About the IT-Com SDGs Committee
We have established the IT-Com SDGs Committee with the aim of becoming an operational organization that integrates business activities and SDGs initiatives and functions sustainably.
Our Activities Purpose：
(1) Spread and understand SDGs
(2) All employees think about SDGs and try on issues
(3) Set goals that each employee can work on
(4) Company-wide efforts are linked to business activities
(5) Report and review of efforts
We will manage our business activities with the goal of spiraling up the above five items by integrating them with our business activities.
In order to promote company-wide efforts, committee members are assigned from various departments and staff such as operation, planning, and system departments.
