Call Center (Project Sales)

POSITION: PROJECT SALES (GOOD ENGLISH)

Responsibility:

• Find customer (Vietnamese company      or Foreigner company to need Call Center Service
• Introduce, consult Call center      service to customer
• Negotiate and sign contract with      customer
• Develop and maintaining      relationship with customer and partner
• Take care old customer and expand      new customer
• Co-operate with all department
• Make daily report, weekly report and monthly report to BOD

Policy:

· Salary: Basic salary – 11.000.000vnd/ month

· Incentive: 1%-5%/ project

· Allowance:

+ Mobile phone: 300.000vnd/ month

+ Gasoline for business: 700.000vnd/ month

Requirements:

- University graduated.

- Have sales experience in Call Center BPO at least 2 years

- Good English

- Ability to analyze, synthesize and report

- The spirit of sales, perseverance, demand

Working condition:

- 8 hrs/ days, 6 working days/ week (Monday – Half Saturday)

- Working time: 08:00AM - 05:00PM

- Salary: Negotiate + KPIs monthly incentive

- 13thmonth Salary depend on the company finance situation.

- Salary review: once a year
